Coach Raethz is entering his 26th year as head coach of the Huntley girls basketball program. In his time as head coach he has compiled a 446-288 record while winning 8 Conference Championships, 11 Regional Titles, 3 Sectional Titles, and finishing 4th at the 2013 IHSA state tournament. 

Coach Raethz has earned a number of individual accolades as well. He has been named Northwest Herald Coach of the Year six times and Illinois Basketball Coaches Association District Coach of the Year six times. In addition, he was named apart of the Class of 2024 IBCA Hall of Fame.

Coach Henricksen enters his 9th year as the assistant varsity coach and 12th season in the program. Prior to joining the varsity staff he served as both the head and assistant coach at the Frosh/Soph level. 

Prior to arriving at Huntley, Coach Henricksen served as a sophomore assistant and varsity assistant for the Grayslake North boys basketball program during the 2012-2013 season.

Coach Andrews enters her 7th season as an assistant on the varsity staff. In her first year she helped to guide the team to a 20-14 record and a regional championship. Prior to serving as a coach she played for four years at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.

Coach Andrews graduated as one of the most decorated players in Huntley High School history.  She twice earned all-state honors and was a three-time FVC all-conference selection. In her playing career, she was named Northwest Herald Player of the Year and Daily Herald All-Area Co-Captain. Coach Andrews graduated as the third all time leading scorer in program history with 1,465 points.

Coach Russell enters her 12th year as the head JV coach at Huntley High School. In her time at Huntley, she has compiled a 189-43 record at the JV level. 

Prior to coming to Huntley, she served as the head coach at Dundee-Crown high school for five years. She graduated from Dundee-Crown as the all-time leading scorer in girl's basketball history and played collegiality for Valparaiso and Purdue Calumet.

Coach Andrea is entering his 8th season as the head JV2 coach. In his time at the high school, he has coached his teams to a 164-18 record at the Frosh/Soph, now JV2 level, which have included 6 conference championships and 12 tournament championships. 

In addition to his time as a coach at the high school level, Coach Andrea has been coaching with the Huntley Girls Basketball Feeder Program for over ten years helping to prepare youth players for their time at the high school.
